Google is out with a preview of a service called "Friend Connect," which lets people add social-networking features to any Web site. Rafe Needleman of CNET's Webware blog live-blogged the announcement Monday morning, and he joins Leslie Katz to explain exactly what Friend Connect is and how it compares with similar services launched last week by Facebook and MySpace.com.
