From Electronic Arts: In Battlefield 1942 you fight World War II's historic battles when the Axis Powers met the Allies in different parts of the world. You fight the battles of Midway, the D-Day invasion in Normandy, and the war in North Africa and Japan where millions of people fight and give their lives on land, at sea, and in the air.

The game is a first-person shooter with many assignments spread over four campaigns. Several players can fight online on wide battle fields and control airplanes, tanks, and aircraft carriers. The weapons are easy to handle, but to be successful in Battlefield 1942 you must be cunning and have stamina.

This multiplayer demo includes the Wake Island map. If you plan to host a game server, be sure to download the server files as well.

Cons: Complains about not having msvcp60.dll. Looks like shoddy programming.

Great game........untill hackers arrive

Pros: great free game demo. Good Graphics.

Cons: WATCH OUT for trojan horses and other virus attacks from some servers!!! I recommend having virus protection and a firewall on while playing.

Great game, Great play, Great lag... Major lag

Pros: Multiplayer
Good game play
Lost of weapons, vehicle, ships, etc
life like E.g. barb wires actally damage you
very creative (anitgravity)

Cons: lag in some server
some GMs kick people out for nothing e.g. this guy lagged so the GM kicked him. :(
annoying TKers (team killers)

Its Pretty good of a game

Pros: Its a fun WW2 game ... its BF 1942!! well it gives you a taste of what the full version. The graphics are pretty good and the gameplay would probably be...ummmmm Moderately high try it out and if you like it buy the Battlefield 1942 Pack (comes iwth all the 1942s) for 20 bux at gamestop =P

Cons: Ok, what i really had problems with while i was playing was.....LAG. whenever i i got into a vehicle it wuold always be laggy and..well you get my point. but maybe its just the demo. i gotta try the full version (THE day i did not brign my wallet to gamestop)

Pros: This Battlefield 1942 multiplayer demo is an excellent game. This is everything in a bundle: It's got good graphics, top-notch gameplay, and it's easy to learn for beginners. Try this game yourself and see if I'm right.

Cons: Some people are just too good online lol.
