Very good protection
Pros: Not as good as some of the paid ones thay are available on the market, but it offers good protection and is free. Not the fastest at scanning your computer for infections, but uses little system resourses which enables you to do other tasks during the scan.

Pros: i like that it's free...
Cons: ...but every time a new version comes out, it screws up the one that it is replacing; now, it would even do automatic updates and when i go manually for daily virus updates, it cannot connect and to either 1- check my connection, 2- their server is down, 3- wait until another time...same ***** happened w/firefox: the new one screwed up the old one, so i got rid of it.

Cons: Bad detection rates, over rated, lets over 1000 different types of malware into your pc without even bothering, get avast! 4.8 it is free and very high detect rates and almost never any false positives(Unlike avg) and it can also prevent the virus even reaching your pc so get avast! 4.8 home edition for free it is better than avg, or if you want good protection, buy kaspersky instead or use avast! home 4.8 for free
